This teaching explores how whole-person wellness – rooted in faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends – empowers Christian women entrepreneurs to show up with clarity, energy, and purpose. Drawing from The Daniel Plan, it emphasizes that thriving in business starts with stewarding our bodies, minds, and spirits. Faith is the foundation that fuels vision and resilience. Nourishing food and regular movement sustain the energy needed for leadership. Mental focus helps align daily actions with God-given purpose. Life-giving friendships offer support, accountability, and joy. When these five areas are aligned, we reflect God’s design for abundance and excellence in both life and business.
