What is a FLOW SESSION?
- Based on John 7:38: “Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.”
- In this space, we will slow down, reflect, and respond to what flows from our personal conversations with God as He speaks through this time of intentional writing.
- Each month, we’ll gather online for a guided writing experience centered on our BloomHER study topic.
- This isn’t a writing class. You don’t need to be a writer. You don’t need a beautiful journal or even know exactly what to say.
You simply need to come as you are. ❤️
Through Scripture, thoughtful prompts, reflection, and intentional writing, we’ll explore more deeply how the month’s study topic intersects with your life, experiences, heart, and personal journey with God.
During a FLOW Session, you may…
- Uncover something God wants to heal.
- Gain clarity around something you’ve been carrying.
- Begin putting language to a part of your story you’ve never fully processed.
- Simply spend an intentional hour quieting the noise and making room for God to speak.
FLOW Sessions are for any woman who simply desires to grow deeper in her walk with Jesus. You don’t have to attend the Week 1 in-person Growth Gathering or the Week 2 ROOTED virtual conversation to join us. However, each week is intentionally designed to build upon the month’s study topic, allowing us to progressively dive deeper as we create space for reflection, growth, and healing, and prepare our hearts for the final week’s Heart Restoration Encounter prayer session.
- No writing experience required.
- No pressure to share.
- No expectations to have the “right words.”
FLOW Sessions are another intentional layer of growth alongside our monthly teaching and Heart Restoration Encounters.
