It was created for women to have a place to gather to learn about business and to dive into who they are as a whole woman. The goal of the Growth Summit is to have you walk in the door one way and walk out another way CHANGED in all the best ways. You will be welcomed, embraced, and loved!

The Growth Summit is an all-day experience packed with expert speakers in Business, Faith, Wellness, and Empowerment to inspire, grow, and ignite you to Bloom. You’ll also be pampered with treats, lunch, and an authentic atmosphere that makes you feel free to be exactly who you are.
Although not exclusive to the BloomHER Collective Members, it is our one opportunity each year to gather together, in person, from all of our respective cities. BloomHER Collective Members receive discounted tickets and extra networking and training opportunities.
