Margaret Beck is the co-founder of Levanta Ministries in the Dominican Republic, where she and her husband have served as missionaries for the past 13 years. Before moving abroad, she was a licensed professional counselor in Austin, Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and a master’s in counseling from Asbury Seminary. Margaret loves to travel, laugh, and connect with others. Though she spends her time collecting recipes, she’s quick to admit she’d rather not be the one cooking them.
